Using An IP Address Instead Of URL

Another method to defeat internet censorship is to use an IP address instead of a URL or domain name to access websites. It may not work but it's worth a try.
When you type in a website in the address bar of your browser, type in the IP address instead.
For example, the IP address for www.google.com is 64.233.161.104 (at least it was when i made this guide).
So instead of going to www.google.com, type into the address bar http://64.233.161.104.
Note that they both go to the same page. Now, finding an IP address is easy. Click "Start", "Run", and type in "cmd.exe" or "command.exe".
When you get into the prompt type in "ping [site name]". An example of this would be "ping www.google.com", for google.com. It will scroll a few lines of information, and what you are looking for is the IP address (in the example it will be 64.233.161.104. It will most likely occur multiple times in the prompt.
You can then use this IP address to access the site, if the blocker allows it.
If you can't get into cmd.exe for some reason or another, go to www.dnsstuff.com and use the ping there.
